This world is basically hell. The only way to get anything other than air and water, is by diving into dungeons and killing the monsters in them, and by accident of birth, you can have your level locked at 1, and your stats and drop rankings locked at F. You're basically doomed to starve, as apparently effort alone has no effect on one's strength or agility. If a man is eating an apple in a field, and dies suddenly, both his body, all of his equipment, and the apple itself will turn into monsters if no one happens by and collects and/or burns them.
