answer the following questions with yes or no:
1. do you find little kid arousing?
2. do you want to fuck the kid?
3. do you think it's okay for people to be in intimate relationship with children?

if there's at least one yes in the answer, you need to contact your psychologist. having desire to breed with young individual is NOT normal for any individual.

tl;dr : if you just want to pat the kid, you're safe. if you want to expose your dick, shove the dick into the kid, or something at the same level as previous actions you need to go to a doctor.
