That "original novel" layer is absolutely unnecessary, makes everything worse. She now has freaking dreams from a parallel timeline, and it's mostly inconsequential.

I also mist note that the story is very reverse haremish.

So some portion of Nina lived her life as in the novel, met this guy, was killed, then went back in time, reincarnated with the korean girl inside, and remembers the first time around? So both the transmigrated reader of the novel and Nina know the events that happen in the future (though Nina, presumably, only to the point of her death in the novel). The author really loves to overcomplicate everything for no reason.
