The pacing seems a little strange. They talk in the morning about breaking the engagement off. She talks with her friends. She makes an appointment at the guild (before 2 o'clock). They go the notary for the annulment at 2 o'clock and after that they move her stuff out of the house. And he needed to take the loan of 50 gold.

And during that time (MC talking with her friends, making that appointment and getting back to move her stuff out) Tobias had sex with his lover and his lover's stuff got put in the wardrobe? Guy couldn't wait it seems.

I love that she has supportive friends and a community that cares for her. Too many romances have main characters that have no solid friend, family, or community connections, so the only person they process things with is their love interest. I really like that this is not the case here.
