even if i have no doubt the garbage ex-fiance is an absolute idiot/douchebag, im still not sure if his new fiancee is trying to make it seem like she's the victim and dahliya is just bullying her for no reason or she's just ignorant and really doesnt know what shes doing when she behaves that way (although knowing how these things go, it's probably on purpose), but either way im glad they get to see how dahilya is doing so much better and how she's a lot happier without them

If I had to guess: They're trying to destroy Dahlia's reputation before she really blooms, partially as revenge for taking away 'their' golden goose (The rights to Dahlia's inventions, and the damage to his reputation) and to ensure that she doesn't become influential enough to cost them more in the future, if not crush them entirely.

DAHLIYAxWOLF forever!!!! They are such a great couple, their chemistry was wonderful. I love how the author didn't try to force romance on us, they were actually even more comfortable than when she pretended to be a guy. I can already see them having a super close "platonic" friendship and then realizing they are actually pretty much married.

I was honestly expecting him to have a super low EQ around women- thank goodness we skipped that.

Hello everyone, what are the differences between "A Free Craftsman" and "Dahliya Wilts No More", and why are there two stories being published concurrently? Also, which of the stories do you like better?

@shinidoshi Two different magazines, why, who knows. I personally preferred the other one for the first 2 chapters since it didn't just force the marriage and whole thing, but then that one did the same and now it's just the same pretty much. Still prefer the other art style compared to this one, will probably read both until one/both drops the ball.

I kinda want to know the thought-process of the guy and girl. They haven't been depicted as evil or means until now, but suddenly we have them make a scene pretending that she is cursing at the girl and he has to step up to protect her? Confused

I wouldn't say Tobias has been portrayed as completely innocent. The adultery aside, he's been shown trying to steal what was rightfully Dahlia's.

But in this case, I'd say it's because they have their heads so far up their asses they loop around. They just hear what they want to hear, and they want to believe they're the victims of an evil woman (so they don't have to feel bad) and that Dahlia was madly in love with Tobias, and still is (because it inflates their egos).

@AlmondMagnum he never tried to steal it as far as I understood it (thought he did try to heavy-handedly buy it from her. But I get why: his reputation takes a big hit from him making his mistake public, so he would rather spend much more money than the patent is worth to ensure future business doesnt crash. What I don't get is why he would afford buying out a majorly successful patent at vastly inflated prices, but can't afford a new engagement bracelet. Or did he want to sign a debt for it?). He operated under the assumption that the marriage would happen in a few days anyway, and that as such anything under her name would require a lot of future paperwork to transfer to the new one. He tried to take a shortcut by submitting it directly as it would be changed into after the marriage (and the guild person apparently agreed to it as he knew they were marrying and that it would save them time and money to not need to re-submit stuff), despite it (the marriage) not yet being the case.
I think the way a couple other characters describe him fits well: "a certain idiot".
