As for the story, gotta say someone knows their shit about customer service. That incident with the doctor, recommending a great alternative. When I was tested for my job at AT&T (mumble mumble) decades ago, that was one of the thing the CSR test had. Everyone had the same basic information, but not everyone treated it the same. By getting the doctor to change his request, she was able to show him how to get the plants he needed without a lot of fuss. Probably an Earth magician is now tending a small garden and making extra cash from the plants he's growing. Or she.
