Mahousekai no Uketsukejou ni Naritai desu! - Vol. 2 Ch. 6.3 - EXTRA

Y’all seem to be ignoring this but FL legit treats the ML the Same way. Yes the ml did start it with his attitude and all which but she also intentionally kept fighting with him. I know that most people are bias towards the MC..... well because she’s the MC. But they are legit treating each other equally. Also 5 years have passed since they met so of course his tone would change towards her and he’s not so violent with her any more.

I'm in full agreement with the artist here: Their relationship is really grating (they aren't nice to each other, and he's fundamentally an ass) but also sort of charming in it's own questionable way.

I'm basically counting on character growth to make the relationship acceptable. Luckily the boy does seem to be behaving gradually a bit better as time goes on...? And with a bit more work he could be ground down to being something half-respectable.

@ThunderaMaou: One of the things that hasn't been clear to me is how physically abusive their relationship is or isn't. They're clearly not operating on the same level we are physically, and it seems like that school of theirs is at least somewhat combat-oriented. When he hurls her into a wall (out of jealousy?) in a previous chapter, for instance, I couldn't tell whether that was actually as fucked up as it looks, or whether it was just childish and crass. I'm missing context. (As for emotionally abusive—I'm not sure. Seems complicated, especially with the whole rivalry thing. I myself wouldn't want him as a boyfriend, though, certainly.)

This really is a toxic relationship, but maybe they each have their fetish I won't judge. When ML said "Nun" I just thought holy shit he's into nuns?

OH MY GOD??? HE FELL INTO IT BC SHE STARTED GIGGLING??? HE'S LIKED HER SINCE BEFORE HER HAIR COLOR CHANGED??? THAT'S ADORABLE LMAO THE LITTLE SHIT

i think calling their relationship toxic is... a bit much... like... they're rivals that argue with each other??? they're not IN a romantic relationship?? they're kids still??? teenagers at most?? they have a lot of room to grow... idk like calling this a toxic relationship is actually kind of insulting... anyway

thank you for the updates! on to chapter 7 fdskljfdljk what is the dad planning...

This is the typical ‘you bully the girl you like so that She’ll notice you’ hahaha

People keep saying he is violent with her, don't you see she's also treating him the same way as well???

bro they mutually beat each other up thats what rivals do................ also they are youngg !!
now when we get to actually abusive mls i wanna see yall there...

Their relationship is toxic. That doesn't change. They're violent towards each other, though for different reasons. Just because other relationships are more messed up, doesn't mean that this one isn't.

I don't really get how some readers say that Lockmann is bullying Nunnally. They're very clearly rivals.

His type is Nunnally. Someone who can interact with him at the same eye level and without prejudice. Ez.

@SakuraShower i knoooww, im also confused with all the hate that hes been getting

While im on the topic of hating him. I think their relationship is very refreshing and different from the usual ones that we often get. Its more believable, especially in todays world. You dont see guys crushing over a girl, falls head over heels in love, confessing then they live happily ever after right?
I just really them a lot ok? 😂

@missy115 I'm also a bit annoyed by the double standard of it all. If they were both male, nobody would call it abuse and acknowledge it as rivalry.

Sure, let's teach our students mind whammy magic in what is essentially highschool, what could POSSIBLY go wrong
fucking lol

Nuns! So he's into dark-haired, cheerful nuns. I can't think of any other way to interpret what he said.
