Mangas with chapters, but can't be viewed

So I saw some mangas that had chapters listed, but when I click on them, they can't be viewed.

So I had to go to aggregator sites just to read it. Just wondering what's up with that?? Why is it listed when the chapter isn't even available to be viewed?

Because you enabled it yourself? Check "Unavailable chapters" section in Settings.
