@eolair he use trap and other thing to scare human army, superior commander might able to seen his trap, decent commander chose retreat to lower the casuality add him not pursue fleeing enemies so 0 casuality, thought indeed kinda bull**** in author part. Incompetent will push without knowing its trap and kill his own troop.
That aside the way how dumb some part in this manga go i think the werwolf one actually much better writen set aside some deus ex in some part

@Fuew12 true there should be some death during riots on retreat pushing and stepping on each other and all. The casualties will be minimal but 0 is kinda impossible.

The human secret, or better yet, the mask gimmick needs to end soon. I don't understand why he couldn't simply pass as being whatever Cefiro is. She looks pretty human to me but is apparently a "demon" of some kind.

So the MC gets shot by someone, who has dark skin and black fingernails, from inside his own camp and then a super clingy character appears multiple times matching those details. The artist even zooms in on the hand with dark skin and black fingernails, almost as if to say, "LOOK! LOOK! It's the person who shot him!!! I bet you can't guess who did it!!!"...
