Lefi definitely reads much better with a couple of small errors. Still, it's a lot better than the old English nonsense. Besides that there are just a few other minor proofreading errors that I saw, so good job to the translators.

As a lot have suggested in other chapters, you could use a slightly different font for the dragon speech, instead of that butchered version of Ye Olde English

Good riddance Ol'de Eng'li'she'th! Yeah, LH really butchered Lefi's lines. It was supposed to have an emotional impact but it was just a pain to read. There were still some grammatical errors that need to be proofread here, but they're easily ignored. Thanks!

@Cardboard Basically, you just changed it into proper English for Levi which is KILLING her way of speaking.
I didnt found her language weird or hard to read after all since I found myself get used with that kind of language from games I played.
Anyway, it was not necessary with your reasoning to do that since changing her way of speaking means you just ruined it overall.

Thank you very much! The translation may not be perfect, but it's way better than the other one. Lefi still seems ancient and (somewhat) dignified, but at least I can understand her now!

Thanks for the translation. I too founded rather annoying that 'olde english'.
Now is clear that it isn't Lefi's english (vocabulary) that is archaic, but she speak in a more 'formal/elaborated' way.
So much better now.

well, you could also consider that when Lefi learned to speak, the "olde English" was the norm, and that up to know, she did not have any reason to learn the new English, as she is not really interacting with people, and as her "olde English" is enough for her rare interaction with people. Being a non native English speaker I did not have much trouble to read/understand her, compared to other translation where they rely heavily on slangs and streets expression that leaves me completely clueless.

@hartex92 Old english isn’t a good representation of how she talks either, and the LH version isn’t even old English. It’s like a messed up unreadable parody of old English. Using more formal/stiff speech for Lefi is a much better approach to translating her speaking style.

idk, while this is nicer for understanding lefi's dialogue I quite liked the idea of dragon loli speaking olde english. Had a charm that this different translation doesn't carry over.
