That order only applies if the King is the Queens Consort... Meaning the Queen has the royal blood and not the king, like the Queen of England.
Otherwise the Crown Prince is next in line after King, and when the King dies, the Crown Prince takes over everything usually allowing the former queen / mother to take a vacation, while the crown prince's spouse becomes the next queen.

Do you guys also realize he just turned a lighter into a bloody Napalm?
He told everyone what Hyme had done to him, which basically will spark a massive patriotism movement, and will result in pissing off the entire country.

@aigomorla just to say, it is not queen consort. it is king consort. Even if the king is not from royal blood, he doesn't become or is named the queen. You just need to add the consort part and everyone should understand that spouse is not from the main family. If I remember correctly, this nation is not a "kingdom or queendom." He said that in this world, the powerhouses' power is based on the gatcha system lol. Whoever has more power or shows that have more power/trait that of their ancestors will become the next king/queen. I can't remember if his aunt already has a child or not.

But the most important thing is that the king himself named him as the crown prince. His consort is dead [can't remember if the queen was the one with the royal blood, the king, or both] so he is the only one with the most power. Since the king himself named him the crown prince, his mother has to kneel, too. The king skipped his children's rights and just went to the next generation and given them to the grandson.

Since all the princes/es are very close to one another and don't care much about who can control the kingdom because they all share the responsibilities, they are ok having the grandson of the second royal child to get all the power. Otherwise, everybody would be fighting with one another looking at whose trait is closer to the founders. She didn't give him the power and since she is the second or third child in the royal family, she can't be standing next to him. It is like siblings. One is given the title of a count and the other of the marquise by the king/queen.

from what I know the king is like the apex of the kingdom no one can defy him cause they were chosen by gods and a female in medieval times are just tools for power. ability to give birth and pleasure.



"a Lighter into a bloody Napalm bomb" Is the most accurate description to describe what Ains did at the party. Announcing his legitimacy, the horrible things hymn done to a crown prince and announcing his fiance to be queen. On top of it all, he shows how he's able to absorb magic stones at the party. NGL I think the villain arc is taking too long wdyt?
