@Kireato if i remember correctly the captain said to bill the merc but when she saw the number that she did get bill it was far more than it shoulda been hence her getting annoyed as it turns out another higher up in the military has been messing with said captain for a while now (cuz she is unorthadox and likes mercs) i havent read too far into the wn but she does try to pay him back but our hero runs the f away

I think it's along the lines that the pilot crashing barely did any damage if only scratched the paint. The navy officer asked for the paint and actual damage to be billed, while the said "pig" billed for the whole part as if it was to be replaced.
