This logic seems fundamentally flawed. We already know he doesn't act on his lewd fantasies and is pretty flexible in what things will make him happy.

Also I'm going to be pretty amused and a little frustrated if the author really tries to say everything up to now was her, despite very solid evidence to the contrary.

I agree. I've been so confused these past few chapters because there isn't enough evidence to support it but alot of evidence against it
