But since this is a manga he'll probably get fired even without proof because they need to protect their corporate image (somehow it doesn't make occur to anyone that if people started sending anonymous e-mails about everyone they'd run out of employees)

And he was doing a piss poor job at refusing though, you don't maintain a suspicious relationship with a minor, period
He should have put a stop to it from the beginning, he didn't
Sucks for him

And you definitely don't need to have intercourse etc to be in deep shit with the law when it comes to minors
Having some dubious pics, meetings etc will get you there regardless
