Pizza La is the chain I always see.

@Richman I think it was an undercover boss type thing. Maybe he observes the candidates from a candid perspective, to see how they act when they don't think they are being watched by a higher up.

I've never heard of an interview venue though, as if different companies all rent a place to interview people...unless it's like a job fair
