Logically speaking, wouldn't any hoodie worn by someone with cat ears necessarily have to be a cat-ear hoodie? Or else a hoodie with holes cut in the hood?
I know it isn't applicable in this case, but I'd figure cat-ear hoodies meant to hold actual cat-ears are probably a thing.
