@topa You probably wouldn't have thought anything bad about slave ownership if you'd been born in a different era and weren't a slave yourself. The fact that he was even questioning it at all was about the best you could hope for somewhere that it's been legal for generations. If the "Slaves, slaves everywhere" part of isekai manga is a turn off for you, well at least he's just some side character and not the MC right?

@Glomoro You're right. No one living in a period of slave ownership probably ever thought it was bad, which is why legalized slave ownership ended.
