The problem with that @WillLi is that the fiance meeting up and talking with her may be a good indication that he's cheating on her but isn't necessarily proof in of itself, but these two sleeping together (even when it is just sleeping) is a step further, a step which she doesn't have proof her fiance has done, this means that if the full facts of everything comes out (that we know), while her fiance looks like a jerk for having his heart swayed there it's going to look like she crosses the line into an actual affair while he was still working his way into an affair.
