@LayZzz The Mage girl said herself she is a prodigy, and she made that magic scroll, so not like in those isekai novels where every adventurer is a better mage then the mages of the court, she's probably one of the strongest mages in the world, meaning, she most likely doesnt leave her abode much, since alot of powerful mages just chose to isolate themselves in alot of fantasy books and such, probably lower tiered mages cant use flying mages or detect magic circles, in itself, there are only villages near that forest + the main heroine was in a mission in that forest, and she was probably a royal knight or something similiar, so most people wouldnt dare aproach that place

@Rafaelrgm @CountryMage Actually she probably will get charged with abandoning her misison. The king called her MIA and a traitor after a while, and the mage has been confined for some time. That's probably -why- he started calling Chris a traitor. Because he's dumb and is probably assuming "She left on purpose, and she isn't coming back on purpose" Otherwise he'd have retract the negative statements about her that are making things hard for her brother. So despite there being no real reason for her to return now, she's probably going to want to, and to "Face her punishment for failing" and stupid stuff like that.
