@konzolmester say, isn't that just reddit karma averaged to number of rater? alright, put away reddit thing, any way to score a comment wont thrive here.
things with this kind of nature wont fit with a forum with discussion as main topic. heck, something like twitter's is more useful than your suggestion.

and this place has been giving good conversation on topic, i doubt it be locked soon

Did i really speak so much? Well, i'm sure 70% is unrelated, but still, i'm surprised.

@crazybars
Yeah, that's censorship. How about absolutely no?
when you say something and a bunch of people tell you it's bad, that's not censorship. That's censureship. It sounds similar but is completely different. You will notice by the fact that you were still allowed to say it, and the thing that you said continues to be right there exactly as you said it, for as long as anything else in the vicinity.

You disagreed with a comment that I gave a 👍 to. For that reason, I give your comment a 👎, regardless of whether or not you are correct.

But in all seriousness, yes you are correct. Censorship and pressuring people to censor themselves are two different things, and the latter would be an issue caused by implementing comment ratings. The latter can also lead to the former, however, if it's left unchecked. It's a slippery sloperino.
