Hey man, just know that I at least appreciate the dialogue, and I have, along with the other users (some of whom are trolling lmao), considered the ramifications of comment rating seriously, which is why I am against implementing it.

We're all weebs here, though. Even weebs don't always agree on everything (surprising I know). If you'd like to swing by any shitposting threads, just know we'd welcome you and anyone else with open arms.

In all seriousness though, i think the reason you were not taken as seriously as you wanted to is because, as far as i know, this coversation already happened multiple times and with each repetition, the amount of attention it receives becomes less, of course, this doesn't mean your suggestion is invalid just because it has already been suggested before, there can always be enough support to incite that change, but at this very moment, it simply wasn't a good suggestion, so that's why "certain users" started the mockery.

As a final point, i also agree with the reaction suggestion.

@Halo is trying to make you understand how bad your idea is, imagine a person bombed with rating to oblivion like you did. nobody will take you seriously anymore. that's bad community.
@sterven is the nicest asshole you can find around. trying to make you understand your wording isn't very nice, and trying to make you realize that.
@justforthelulz is being himself, which means good community. with your suggestion people can't be themselves because they're busy trying to make appeal to each other, this is bad community.
