You might have heard of this series. It's a long one but worth reading till the end, Jitsu wa Watashi wa. The redraws are a little bad in the middle but other than that, it has a great story. Totally worth reading till the end.

Fumetsu no Anata e
aka To your Eternity, a manga that follows the journey of an immortal. Also, it's made by the same author of "A Silent Voice". And I am not sure if you will like the art though
But the story is great!
