Really glad I found this manga. I've been in a similar situation to this guy. Was injured for an entire year right before covid hit and made my life a living hell with all the shit that followed. Before that I was fit and agile as hell. Doing parkour, skateboarding, a bunch of martial arts. Now I'm weak and barely doing much even after recovering.. This is the motivation i needed tho. It just takes work, the muscle memory is always there
