Saihate no Paladin

Will is the oldest-looking nine year old. Just by its design, he could easily pass as a teen or late teens.

It is heartfelt, but not a new pattern. Abandoned children raised by monsters are to be heard in the most ancient fables. This story takes modern elements and concepts to weave a pleasant story that allows some predictability so that the story can grow. An element that many would miss is that even in tragedy a miracle can manifest in the most unusual way, and life* goes on. I look forward to reading more of this story.

Well that explains his hands now in the cover.
Very interested in the 3's story and what would happen if/when Will meets other people.

Three chapters in and looking good.

I too, thought he was in his teens and the skeleton was some huge warrior in life. Turns out Blood is the size of a normal man if not a bit short and Marie is tiny.

Damn chapter almost make me cry, you need to read the LN to understand me, damn author it's your fault that I care so much about Mary, Blood and Gus. ?

You know , the more I read, the more I feel this is my one of my favourite plotlines for an isekai story

This is really beautiful so far !
About what said Marcelo, I kinda like the system used for magic in this one, it's quite different from what we're used to and brings another view of it.
We also are far from understanding how it works as well, since Gus' barely explained the "behind the scenes" to Will.

Isekai with actually interesting plot and no dumb cliche fanservice shit? Color me impressed

As long as there is room, the in-bubble translations work quite well. Going back and forth for the meanings is tedious and doesn't flow very well
