And the "Father" thing sounds weird for Western readers but she's using the "Father" word reserved for other people's father's as a sign of respect. It's more common in eastern cultures to have a special word for this, like Korean.

I would still have to disagree with you considering the term father used here is meant to refer to someone else's father in a formal/respectful way. It's meant to be funny in the story so you don't take it as being creepy. I'm sure many korean readers would find it funny too. I find it perfectly realistic for her to keep calling him this for now since she only just recently started getting used to living in this world (consider it being a habit she needs to break out of considering her past as being a reader). Remember, he's most recognized as the father of the villain in her perspective, which explains her calling him father.
