@Pyoro It was fairly obvious that she just wanted Yuunagi to suck her blood. Just in case we didn't get it, they had the "I'm showing them to you" line. So yeah, it's not just a paperthin justification by the mangaka to cover for fanservice, it's also a paperthin justification by the character to cover for thirst, which makes it relatively legit IMO.

I guess I'm not really sure about the connection. One Punch Man uses a dry, dark humor, and rather than being grounded, it portrays over the top absurdity with disinterest. (For a general take on immortality blues, I recommend The Last Unicorn, by Peter S. Beagle, for its ability to make the emotional toll feel real; and Accelerando, by Charles Stross, for taking the idea and expanding it to a societal scale.)

I wouldn't be surprised to find out later that she actually wanted to become a vampire, and the justification she gave was false. Since her dream was to run with Yuu, the only way she could accomplish that would be if she had super strength too.

@Kaarme That was probably a side-effect of the whole "turned into a vampire" thing. Normally it's a bit of a sexual experience, but when it turns the person into a vampire it's not, and causes them to black out instead.
