why can't manga has weekly release like korean webtoon? 
I mean, they don't even need to color it like webtoon and it has fewer panels. Workload-wise it's doable but it sucks that the Japanese publishers still stick to the monthly manga magazine format and release 1 chapters in parts.

Getting adopted by Konoe is a big leap in status there, granting her noble status.
It took until Hideyoshi's period before there came familial ties between the Konoe house and the ruling warlord.

@Moth Tbh, part of it is because korean webtoons usually cut a ton more corners than japanese manga do. These days, mangaka usually go as far as modeling and maybe tracing over bought game assets, but korean webtoon artists will flat out just use the renders as is (the horrifying rendered horses 
). With the large amount of white space webtoons use to pad out the number of drawings they need to do, the turn around time for a single chapter is *much faster*. A lot of mangaka have died or gotten extremely sick from the weekly manga cycle because of the sheer amount of work expected from them in a short period of time, so I'm honestly glad this manga is monthly even if the story moves along slower.
