Shin no Nakama janai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni shimashita - Vol. 2 Ch. 7

Just don't ruin the guy peaceful life. He has been kicked out and he has decided to live a lovely life so that's his will and his decision. No matter how much you guys need him, you guys still can't force your own selfishness on him and make him to go back to the battle.

Yeah. It sounds like the hero's party never really appreciated him till he was gone. That is something that people arguing and talking down on the MC seem to not notice in this chapter. The sage was always a dick, but the one dude admitted to always criticizing the MC's fighting ability and I am sure the rest of the party did similar things. So from the MC's perspective, the whole party wanted him gone

Are we just gonna ignore the fact that the high self just summoned Biollante from the Godzilla series?

Sage is responsible for three of them leaving, maybe he's the one who isn't a true companion.

@StLL basically. though our mc also puts a little too much stock in the "classes" they're given at birth. (to be fair though it's an understandable position, when everyone else gets some super protection/class/job/whatever and his is essentially to be the crutch character until the rest of the party surpass him, i think anyone would feel like they're coming up short when that's the position their in. that being said, as others have pointed out on this thread, red was the glue that kept the hero party together and functioning properly because he filled in the gaps they were lacking in; social skills, negotiation, strategy, managing provisions and ensuring the party had nutritional meals. red's main problem is he was looking at things from the on paper standpoint alex was coming at him with, rather than taking into consideration all the things he actually does the rest of them can't do thanks to being a generalist )

@firosahoge
If the country goes up in flames, they will be blaming Alex, not Gideon. Gideon was tricked into leaving, but that doesn't excuse bitch ass sage in the least.

@Mizumachi making a decision based on hearsay rather than talking to the one in question is just dumb. You can't blame his dumb decision on him listening to another dumb person. If he just had a heart to heart talk with his sister he could come to an informed decision, but he just left like an idiot

@firosahoge
Well, the mc was an idiot for leaving out of the blue, but Alex is the one that deserves all the hate for his Ill intentions. Fuck Alex, he isn't right in his behavior and should not be overlooked just because the mc didn't have self confidence and didn't make an informed decision.
Although it wasn't just hearsay, he saw and got the wrong idea, both times he looked(spied on the second) at his sister.
I agree that he should have spoken to the hero and the party first before deciding to leave.
Still, fuck Alex, hope he dies.

So Red was the logistic, reconnaissance and strategic hero. Pretty stupid to die to sickness, thirst, and hunger instead of in combat with the demon lord lol.

Kicking Red out of the party was like letting a 14 year old wehraboo take control of Nazi Germany. No focus on logistics, recon, diplomacy and deception tactics; just brute force

Those are happy huge thing in your life

Only one scumbag needed to ruin a squad

I can't believe someone so blatantly elitist/racist (so much so that it gets in the way of normal party funtions) has been allowed to stay. Let me slap Alex please
