They will, in 20-25 or so chapter, by the flow we going now. He will propose to Lit during the winter solstice festival which happened after Ruti Arc. As for the kid part, it wasn't explicitly shown but Red did mention that there's going to be a lot of newborns roughly 10 month after said festival so there's hope. As for Ruti response to this, she did have a heart to heart talk with Lit and she's okay with it. Though her real reason for said respond is pretty funny.

@nobaka There's actually a golden range for the temperature of milk. Heat it too little and it tastes like regular milk, heat it too much and it loses most of its flavor. Heat it just right (55–65°C) and it takes on a sweeter and more fragrant flavor. On that note, you should also heat your milk to around this temperature BEFORE you put it in your coffee, it'll make the coffee smoother and more fragrant. This only applies to full cream cow milk btw, other types of milk have different golden ranges. I never thought my knowledge of the ideal milk temperature for drinking would come in handy.

@Mangon I don't think that's merely a threat. The Dill guy is definitely killed at the end. And the chief guy clearly does not have the intention of harm Lit either. He just wants her to go away somewhere else, and trusts Dill's word. But in the end, that Dill guy pisses of Lit and has her targets the whole guild. And now, their heads will always be hanging which will be very inconvenient for them to do their jobs.
