Shin no Nakama janai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni shimashita - Vol. 4 Ch. 22

@Jethzki nah man, MC already has his girl, best girl Lit right there

Edit: oh are you talking about Lit? hahaha I thought you meant Ruti

Can't wait til Ruti also settles in Red's pharmacy, though with the phasing of the manga I bet that would be more than triple the amount of current chapter before we get to that point... or if we will ever get to that point before the manga gets axed

was hoping for some married couple quality time but it's a chapter wasted on the obsessive little sister

It's exactly like @Volttekka said @viewers101....

These people/units are just for "babysit" the main or other units to level up (they are also indispensable to even try to beat the Hard/Lunatic mode in any FE game [Because even the low rank enemies one-shot you down in any starting chapter lol])

MC is the tutorial character in RPGs who leaves the party the moment they reach his level. His class is literally "Guide".

I'm happy that he didn't do that obnoxious "Wait! This enemy is too strong for you, I'll hold him off while you get away." thing that's so common in RPGs when you leave Tutoria; the land of exposition NPCs and weak monsters.

@SteveJust well, there are those like Marcus from fire emblem, with crappy stat growth and soaks up xp meant for other units XD

Damn, Red is the one who made her 'human' and that shitty sage rob him from her

Red and Lit living together in the same roof....

There were times when Red was shown in the panel, inside my brain, my face swap on the panel with Red, then Lit was hugging me.... Heaven feeling!!!

@zeiyan Did you even read the earlier chapters? His role was to guide the Hero (aka. his sister) until she's strong enough and that's it. His stats and skills are useless at the end game. Bringing a low teir character to the last dungeon can only drag the whole party down and that's why he left. Setting aside the scummy mage tricked him to leave, he had already decided that sooner or later he will need to leave the party anyway.

Pretty sure Ruti doesn't "want" to be a hero, just wants to hang out with her bro living the slow life. Yet, she's basically a programmed robot that doesn't need to sleep, has emotions that is constantly suppressed, doesn't have free will and must go fight against the Demon King. And on the off chance that her emotional program go on the fitz and she kills a comrade, she needs to heal them.

These flashback makes me feel he's a worst brother. He wanted to surround her with "reliable" companions. But the girl can basically slaughter everything on her own without any support. All she wanted was emotional support from her brother. He ditched her, plain and simple. And if I remember correctly, he wanted to fake his own death because he knew his sister couldn't take being ditched.
