@rh75 Truly great series but they have somewhat lacking endings. Both endings are neither happy nor sad. I feel nothing from them.

Its like I have read the life history of some random legend. Hopefully this series won't turn out the same way and that the MC actually GROWS UP somewhere instead of remaining as their quirky flawed self. The so-called character development.

The bad news is that stories like these usually won't give you much, if any, character development in favor of throwing more slaughter on one party. (Youjo Senki is one example though since the MC is already an adult its more understandable)

The good news is its not the same author as Death God and Flame Ring.
