Great start. Good mc, good brain, cute girl, decently wise king, keep it up! I do want to see combat eventually though, but I cant think of a way that would work with Cultivation. Maybe if he had some rare permanent stats up consumables he could clone. As for actual combat skills, I dont see how he can cheat that aside from easily hiring the best teachers. If he can clone Gundam level combat suits that can work too.
