The Ripper is not a mass murderer nor an overcomplicated asassin. He was a psicological weapon. His legend is hated and admired. He only killed a group of prostitutes but his efficiency put Victorian London into mass psicosis. In an era where british rule was unquestioned, the first (debatable i guess) modern serial killer was born, puting to shame the face of Great Britain, Scotland Yard. And just like he appared....he dessapared. And we'll never know who he was or why he did his work. His character is not a murder weapon.....is a psicological one.

In case someone forgot: Chapter 4 showed a list of ALL combatants, so the questions are not "who" but more "who against who" and "who wins".

And this might become the first fight where the sympathy lies by the gods. Clever stunt, mangaka. I guess we will learn Jack´s backstory during the next two chapters.

@KingMab indeed, jack the ripper is very weak as "the most hated", doesn't even register a blip in that scale, sure he was notorious and for the time and place instilled fear, but that fear was in the slums not the "well do" part of the city.
like @yarielist said, you have to draw a distinction, hitler sure is most hated but he wasn't a "hands on" guy, not really fir for fighting a deathmatch, for that you have to turn up to the real monster, i mean, there are plenty more savage and effective killers.
Also jack the ripper targetted female hookers, hardly a target that has the physical prowess to fight back.

Some said vlad the impaler, but again ti's not like he personally hunted impaled people, again, not hands-on.

Better choices would be brutal serial killers of adult humans(i mean, a children serial killer might be bad, but not really fit for a fight, like Ed Gacy), probably some soldier of fortune, the zodiac killer, charles manson, etc.

I just realized, that's not loki disguised as brunhilde, it's either jack or his valkyrie disguised as brunhilde. loki noticed it that's why he said 'what a nasty guy.' so the fight might involve heracules beating jack easily but then (fake) brunhilde goes to congratulate him and then attacks him.

Hitler is more infamous around here. In the east there aren't many laws against contesting world war 2 history and it is far less of a cultural taboo to express positive views to national-socialism and fascism due to less preponderance of the influence of the winners of the war (USSR and USA) in those places. More over a large part of the world is islamic world.
