@liszst Good god, I even highlighted it in my last reply. I said "IF" and presented TWO hypothetical situations, one being a sarcastic joke, and you just go up and mix them up into one.

She's either dense and extremely stupid or is just acting dumb because she enjoys leading on innocent boys/men but not giving them anything, like a fetish. Latest chapters just shouts the former though, because forget "dismissing" it, like you said she does, her head doesn't even registers that men might have romantic feelings for her. @Redice And I’m telling your it’s neither for both of your hypothetical situations. Playing dumb and leading an underage kid on, that’s gross, man. She’s not obligated to reciprocate his feelings. She’s been subtly turning him down but the fact that he’s emotionally attached for obvious reasons prevents her being outright blunt about it. I can understand the dense bit if it’s Lorenzo since I can tell she doesn’t seem to see him as a romantic interest. Just let her be a maid in peace and take care of the kid she cares about. Platonically.

nice misunderstanding among the head servants.... its not ibelina thats the active part in the relationship, so punishing her won't do anything towards breaking it
and if that gets known to the active part well then there is always the risk of it blowing up in their faces, which is funnily not something they have thought about as if it would have been something new for high royality to love thy servants

ibelina has far more adapted to the medival society than any other isekai mc i have seen so far and as such for her its simply outside of her field of view for a high ranking noble man like a duke to date a maid...
and the not adapted side of her thats still a modern woman is very busy with convincing herself that he is more of a little brother whom she just wants to help without impure thoughts...

both are walls that need to be overcome one from her and one from his side
so yeah he has to take his hints bind them together and hit her in the face with it because it maybe her wall but he is the one that has to smash it.
