@Silwith I suppose the shadow would jump up when whoever they are following is about to or died, and take dmg. When they take dmg Jin's mana goes down. So, yes he would know.

@Haiuli And I never said save, just teleport, a means of transportation. If anything the shadow would still be there even if the person died.

He can at the very least add some korean hunters to his shadow collection lel

to be fair the first page of the comments are filled with spoilers WITHOUT spoiler tags...

I just looked again and there are none unless you count a name of a character that hasn't been introduced - which tells you exactly nothing. The name Beru isn't a spoiler given that it means NOTHING to those who don't already know what happens. And someone also said

He still has minions in their shadows.

Which also isn't a spoiler, since we saw him do it and he directly commented that none of them noticed. It isn't hard to figure out/speculate this. They don't need to read the source material for such an obvious thing. That isn't a spoiler.
