Re reading and realizing how cheap health care in other counties is when I hear that a potion for 10 grand that restores limbs and cure any poison. Getting a prosthetic is a few thousand without insurance, a prosthetic that is just a hollow metal stick with some plastic cover and paint to make it look like a real limb. Anything that could be moved is usually lab exclusive, reserved for vips or VA patients willing to be testers. That's just a prosthetic, combine that with the likely medical treatment after losing the limb and your bill is upwards of 100k USD. Then again American medical is sorta fucked up most the time
