They have a magic item that can tell if someone are hostile to them or can bring them trouble? Really? You know, that's pushing it even for a magical world, especially since it's not a special legendary item or anything.

Also, this mc is truly retarded. Is the author doing this on purpose or he is that stupid? He gets warned about stuff but does exactly what he was warned about not doing soon afterwards as if nothing's wrong. Haah...

Also, I'm still vexed about him not wanting to "bring trouble to himself" by taking all the mithril ore. As everyone knows, and he should know, he can just put it in his item bag and not bring it out unless necessary. Also, he does things like show his item bag to everyone he comes across but somehow it's worse to take the ores that brings no consequences whatsoever unless he shows it on purpose.

Someone should just put this guy down before he dooms the entire planet by doing something retarded.
