Yeh... certainly Furuya is right to think she can have boy friends but she also has so awareness to realize Toba clearly has 2nd intentions.
Harada cant really complaint since im positive Aiko harbors feelings for him. At any case, in this kind of situations is better to just introduce the partner to the friend clearly to avoid misunderstandings in both sides.
Also, what happened to Mamika face? Ik she was crying but seemed a complete different character just now.
