@xSauriaNx er... I completely forgot even though I also watch a lot of Kamen Rider. I was thinking more like, a character introduced very early on, whereas usually the Tertiary rider becomes a hero almost more than halfway through the series.

or let's be real I just want a Toku series with female MC/s. At best a female Kamen Rider would be a side-character only appearing in certain episodes or even just specials.

If all these monsters of the week get deducted from the general's paychecks in magical girl animes that explains why there are rarely ever two Monsters of the week in the same episode. At least it would work as an explanation and in something like Pretty Cure 5
