@cgr that looks like a support beam and the 3 is probably referring to the station. It’s not a grave, the name eludes me at the moment but here in the US we see it all the time at the location where someone was in a car accident for example.
@cgr I believe what @Twi is referencing is a Roadside Memorial. It is quite common to see something of this nature in North America at the spot where a car crash occurs. These do not in any way indicate the burial of the remains in this particular spot as these do not constitute as graves.

thanks for explaining, I guess it could be it, but no cross, and no deceased name makes me skeptical, and the picture on the bottom still looks too easy to step on/trip over , especially since it's next to the train tracks

if that's so, then I'm even more confused by the deceased picture because it's legitimately interfering with public property
