Kihara is just a mediocre idiot who needs good guidance. But Tarabuchi is totally fucked, even when the system is partly liable of his inability of accomplish anything, he also fucked his own career always playing the as the bottom feeder with no real attempts to improve himself.

If it is going to follow the recent style, as now Ijuuin is all happy, Tarabuchi will stab him out of jealously or Kihara out of anger ,soon. Place your bets.

It is also standing out in this chapter that Kirishima never appeared to vote (neither Kunitachi but a scene with him voting would have no worth), as if he had, there would be for sure an scene with him and Kihara and how they would interect or the lack of it.

- Good trick with the title of the chapter.
- Given that the problem was that there was too many doctors so there was no opportunity for interns to get experience, i cannot see how the situation where an intern is needed can happen.
- I was expecting a more stereotypical shounen but more ridiculous where the doctors would search for an intern to delegate or think of one at their charge when voting and see even Tarabuchi vote and get a good laugh out of it, but it did not happen.

All this time, I’ve felt Kihara was just a foil character for Ijūin but he really has grown as a side character. If the corrupted medical system is to change under Katō, I feel like Kihara is definitely one to be a key player.
