With Uzaki-chan, I had the same prob as you but give it a few chaps and you'd have read the whole thing without realizing it.

With Gal Gohan, the harem part isn't really much of an issue tbh. Gal girl still objectively prevails by a long shot and other girls aren't really focused much at all. They're mostly just side characters at most.

I also recommend you to read Yankee JK Kuzuhana-chan, it's about a guy in a school with only girls that are either Gyarus or Gals. It's strongly harem but still good. You can also try Giya Who Wants to Disturb and Tadamichi Cannot Be Disturbed. It's like highschool girl with inappropriate skirt length except more gyaruish that's reminiscent of Kurokiya-san.
