Come on people, it's pretty obvious that this wasn't axed, it wasn't even officially published after all. As of now, it's just a webcomic that the author posts on Twitter and comic-meteor(and the 4 extras on Pixiv), for free. There's 2 possibilities that could've created these rumors:
