@Mindself no because you cant really exercise your face to make it look better ( i mean you could get surgery but thats totally different) the fake muscles thing would be laziness instead of effort. Makeup is more of an accent, it accents already attractive features while trying to hide less attractive ones, its not really deception unless you're doing like movie costume makeup

I’m amazed we were given the chance to see her without make up AND with a calm expression, jersey and just sitting. We usually see her expressions, gyaru clothes and makeup, and matching expressive body language, with playful teasing talk. I feel like this is manga end game material.
