yes! many people who do heavy makeup and/or gyarus either shave the ends of their eyebrows off or the whole thing completely! it makes in general easier to apply makeup and you can do all sorts of eyebrows. Plus eyebrows grow back pretty fast anyway.

@Dragonbolt03 Probably personal variation. Due to having pretty strong eyebrows, I tend to pluck them (only a little: a few offenders all around to neat it up a bit plus any dreaded unibrow strands). I have to do it almost weekly and would probably get to point 0 in about a month.
