Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku ~Jichou wo Shiranai Kamigami no Shito~ - Vol. 3 Ch. 14

What’s crazy is I just started this series last week and got a double release today, but....
I’m going to need to see that party chapter.....STAT!

rebuild a mansion, clear the yard and clean it all up, create furniture and add magic light all over the place = no problem
creating some MCdonalds glass cups = oh god this is to much for one man

So...is no one gonna bring up the fact that in this translation the servants are just calling him "Cain"? The team simply dropped the "-sama" from the translation, which doesn't feel like a master-servant relationship at all. Even if they want to get rid of the Japanese honorifics, shouldn't they at least try to capture the nuance? There's a big difference between "Cain" and something like "Master/Mister Cain". Just a thought.

The maid with the short black hair is already the best girl and not only have we only heard her speak once, we don’t even know her name!
What a tragedy...

Honestly I have 0 clue where this story is going, but I like the art and it’s a breezy and relatively enjoyable brain-off read. Thanks for the chapters!

If making it from scratch is exhausting, why not buy silver and use that to make the cups.

Oh wait, he dumb af.

@Kisato it’s not silverware tho, he’s making customized glass. But yeah, maybe he actually thought of just getting some materials to finish making the other wares. He just didn’t know his limits at first.

Remember when Cain wanted to go around the world in adventurer-fashion? Good times... Should've just not accepted the king's rewards from back then, what a shame

Also remember he didn't start with the plain glasses. Cain being Cain, he decided to start with the fancy ones. Well, why does that matter? Because the materials and processes you would use in the real world to make those glasses at minimum includes some enameling and probably silver work. Again, Cain being Cain, he likely fancied it up even further.

The layers of materials are different and they're bonded to the other materials in ways that require different types of bonds. (Okay, that's funny because what the voice dictation originally wrote was "different types of bongs." In the real world, at least for the design phase, that might not be wrong.)

So the complexity isn't just a level of care needed in creating different layers of glass or even different colors of glass, it's likely Cain trying to do the most complicated stuff ever first, as he does, and not realizing he should start with the plain water glasses.
