You can have headaches in the first trimester of pregnancy due to increases in hormones. Morning sickness is not always a serious symptom in all cases either. It'd be odd for the author to show these without any prior indication tho, unless the author has personal experience with pregnancy and is aware of these signs.

Feels pretty early plot-wise to introduce a baby tho. Series rarely show the pregnancy process because it's not as "attractive" to draw. I'd be interested to see if we might get a timeskip if that's the case.
