@Askorti That sword is a two handed sword which is why the grip is so long. The mc is just strong enough to handle it with one

@stilgar It's clearly NOT a twohanded sword, because for one, it was custom made for Rude, who uses a shield (only an idiot would make a 2h sword for him) and two, it appears to be inspired by the chinese Jian, which is a one handed sword. Also, even if it was a two handed swords, when you look at the last panel of this chapter, the handle is still comically oversized compared to the size of his hand.
