Hmmm ... I think i get the point of why many people disturbed with this kind of stuff.

Here is my analogue/simplification

We're humans ... We eat non humans as our nutrition, chicken, cow, plants ... Whatever it is as long as it's not humans.

Now change all of that to BunnyGirls/Folk, CatGirls/Folk, and many more fantasy races here.

While technically eating those fantasy races isn't considered as cannibalism, cz we're not eating the same species here ... It will or might leave bad taste in our mouth, cz we grown attached to them & already considered them as our own Species.

Just like you're not going to eat your own pets cz you're already attached to them / consider them as part of your family.

AFAIK, for humans ... cannibalism will deterioriate the cannibal body cz some kind of protein that comes from human/same race meat ... Especially if the cannibal eat the brain.

God Knows what will happen to our society if that kind of Natural 'Consequence' doesn't exist
