Inb4, I'm brown, as brown as it can get, literally there hasn't been anyone white in my family for at least three generations, so no "white superiority", I actually live in a country where the population has been displaced, and thanks to that, all the neighboring countries are basically collapsed, mass immigration fucks countries, even if they were 'close' culturally. So of course, xenophobia spikes up, because the native population in those countries basically now have a ton of new people that doesn't completely mix with the native population.

Anyway, I came here to read a shitty ecchi manga, not to discuss socioeconomic problems.

I am from Poland. I wouldn't mind any number of Ukrainians into my country (heck, some even work in a nearby shop and I pity them that they had to leave their country) Chinesee or Koreans or people from India. But only because they don't get outdated ideas like religious war like some extremist does. Also since I am from Poland and a lot of somebodys on the news try to label every Polish person as anti semitic because either Auschwitz or some nazidiots but they should first look at your own country and what your country did in the past, then try to research history of a country that you try to blame for something, then make decision whether it is safe to say that they are racist or nazis or whatever you want. Nobody should label other people by first glance, but it doesn't mean that you can't get wary of people you don't know well yourself, like for example your neighbor that is known for drinking alcohol and gets wasted every day, or a newly moved guy that supposedly was released from prison. It's just normal to stay on defense, but it gets wrong when you go on offense.
Imho a talk about not wanting some suspicious immigrants/refugees (especially that bring more harm than good as shown in western countries like Germany) is a defensive stance, even if it gets a little heated up since when it's about one's safety, you can't say it is irrelevant.
I don't have any problem with different cultures, and I'd even do a bro fist with @TanithG and say that he's completely right, it's a place to talk about shitty ecchi manga and translation/memes and not the discord drama. If it bothers you (I assume it's @Koolio or at least he can pass the message) then make on the discord a channel with "whatever is not completely illegal" since when people just meet up and they want to continue topic you don't want to see, you can redirect them somewhere else on your own.

If the states werent so riddled with corrupt companies ruling over everything then maybe more immigrants would be ok, but the system is too strained to support them if they dont come in legaly(aka have enough money to support themselves/a job waiting for them etc) it doesnt matter the skin color, just the fact your trying to put more strain on a broken system is enough for me to say "OUT!" also keep it to the comments or discords, not tacked onto the end of the chapter next time, ok "translator"? (memes are fun but they have a time and a place, not haphazardly strewn throught the whole chapter.)
